Truth hardware casement window fitment
358-1r and "Truth" is stamped on the hinge arm mechanism.
Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but the Truth numbers stamped on your hinge do not correspond to our parts. If you could show us photos of the original hinge assembly, that would help us determine what you have and if it might be adjustable. Thank you!
It's tough to be sure without seeing the entire hinge but what is shown reminds me of the 36-048 hinge set if the 10" base matches yours. These hinges can be adjusted using the 75-034 wrench. See the process at the end of the installation video below to see if you can follow the same process with your hinges.
I can't tell if you have an adjustable hinge stud, which is hidden by the hinge arm. SIf you could slide back the detach clip to expose the hinge stud, that would help us confirm. If it is the adjustable type, you could use an open-end wrench (7/16") to turn the stud.
If not, you should be able to use the 36-048 adjustable hinge, along with the 75-034 wrench that Casey mentioned. We also carry the 36-049, 14" hinge set. Take a look at the related hardware, along with our videos on casement hinges.
Thanks for getting back to us. The hinge pin in your photo is not adjustable. I'd consider the 36-048 (10") that Casey mentioned or the 36-049 (14") hinge set, depending on which size matches your original hinge. Both of these hinges are adjustable using the 75-034 wrench.
