Hi, I am in need of a new operator for Truth Hardware entryguard for egress window. I think I have identified the correct part on your website but want to confirm with sending photos.

Hi Kent. Start by comparing your operator to the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm mechanisms. See if the dimensions listed match what you have. For covers and handles, choose the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.

new operator works great and the window is safe again in case of fire.
