Truth hardware low profile sash lock part no. 38-075

I purchased 2 of these, unfortunately it only works for a single locking mechanism, not a dual locking mechanism. Is there a different part # I should have ordered as I don't see it on your website.

There could be a lot of possibilities, but I don't know what you had originally. Could you show me a few pictures of your old lock side-by-side with the new 38-075? Can you also be more specific as to why the 38-075 didn't work?

I tried to send this before but it must have been too big. The one on the left is the original(with the post in middle of gear) and the one on the right is the Truth hardware.

Thank you for your patience. We are still searching and I think we might have a lead, but can you first confirm how long that post is? I think it should be either 1/2" long or 13/32". Let me know!

The post is 1/2 inches long.
