The Bottom Hinge Shoe (plastic) has broken. it's in the "broken part" photo. is it replaceable by itself or as part of another assembly?

Hello! I'm afraid that little black shoe isn't available by itself. We can supply a replacement hinge that will work for you, though. I recommend our 36-048. The style is a little different, but it should still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.

A home owner from gaithersburg, MD says:
Hello Tom,
Thank you very much for your assessment! I will compare all the measurements of the 36-048 hinges to my current window hinges, and hopefully place an order.
