I had been in contact with you a couple weeks ago. I got busy so I am sorry for the delay in getting these pictures to you. This is a Truth item. The screws that hold it into the window are stripped. i need the main body part that has the screw holes. The one pictured is one of two. I have a big window with two small windows on either side. The one I show is the right side looking from inside the home. the window is hinged on the right side. I need this one and also its partner on the left side.
