One of the plastic rail holders for the locking mechanism is broke and the rail is missing a locking pawl. The brand on this is Truth. Do you have this part?

Hello! This part is called a tie bar guide. Yours appears to match our 39-448, but look it over and see what you think. I believe this is just a newer version of yours.

Yes that looks like it. I believe that I also need the the bar, as the center post is missing. Can I order both?

We do sell a selection of tie bars, yes, though I'm not sure what size or style you need. For now I recommend looking through our complete selection here to see if any of our sizes match. You'll also have to take note of the style/quantity of rollers on the bar.
