Truth mechanism for simonton casement window.

Hello,
The problem appears to be the back plastic position adjuster. I didn't find any number on the truth mechanism, but did take a photo with the tape measure to help with sizing.

Hello! That slider is unfortunately not sold by itself, so you will need an all new hinge assembly. We also don't sell an identical match, but I think our 36-048 will work for you as long as the following two qualities are fulfilled:

The length of the base track is the same size at 10"
You replace the top and bottom at the same time

As long as that criteria is met then our 36-048 should work for you without issues, despite the difference in design.
