Truth operator 45142

Question

I'm trying to replace our window crank - Truth 45142. my dual arm crank has slots (2) off centre, about 3inches off centre ,, that hook onto the window... product 39 083 has one centre slot to crank out the window.Do you have this style of crank ,,Handle also please .. Bronze thanks
