Any idea how to get the round threaded brass piece off /on that holds the spline in place? There seems to be a small hole on the surface where the handle meets the housing that pushes on inner threads of the housing. Any chance there is a set screw meant to hold round brass threaded piece in place? If so any idea what size type? The round piece on one of my operatora came off and spline is not working i cannot get the round piece to thread. Is there an easier way to lubricate thqn taking this round part off?
Thanks!

Hello,

The work mear show in your photo is not meant to come out and once it breaks, unfortunately, it's time to replace the operator. Take a look and compare our 39-083 awning operator to yours, which appears to be a promising replacement option. Thanks for posting!
