I'm afraid that number does not correspond to one specific part. Could you show me a few pictures of the operator in question? That will help us find a good match.

I believe I have the same operator 41012 truth.

I will need four rights and four lefts.

Hello! The operator in your photo is our 39-253RB. We also sell the 39-452 cover and handle combo and 39-529 slider, though you can probably reuse your old slider if it isn't damaged.
