We'd be happy to help but we're not quite able to make out the "snap stud" bracket at the end of your operator's arm. Take a look at the 39-476 operator which uses the 39-504 track. See if you could adapt this operator to your window. If you could send us some photos of your operator removed from the window showing the snap stud bracket at the end of the arm, that would help us confirm if this would be your best replacement option.
