Truth Hardware Dual-Arm Awning Operator, Center-Mount, 10.75" arms, Track-Slide (Pivot Shoe) connection
I believe I have the above and need a replacement as the crank is slipping. Looking for the operator mechanism and a new crank.

Hello,
We can't be sure without seeing the fittings that attach the operator arms to the sash, but the 39-312 would be a good place to start. Review the specifications below compared to your assembly. If it's a match, we also offer the 39-114L or folding 39-205 handles. Thanks for posting!
