Looking for replacement surface mounted, pushbutton locking device made by Truth. It contains a spring loaded post 2 1/4" long and a spring loaded rocker type release that has "push to release" stamped into the plastic. Inside there is a number 45010. The casing appears to be plastic with a wing shaped mounting flange,4 screw holes.
