Truth patio slider handle

A quick learner from Ventura CA says:

Exterior handle on a Left slider with knockouts for a lock. On inside of handle on one end says Truth. On other end has #45586

It looks like the key lock on your old pull was offset towards the bottom of the handle set. If so, you might be able to use our 82-086 with a Keyed Outside Pull as a replacement. I am afraid the outside pull itself does not come separately. 

Another possibility would be to use our 82-044 Outside Pull and adapt our 82-315 Key Lock to it. The video below shows how.
