It looks like the 39-216/7 would work for me. I need the left and right arms.

The stamp on the plate says 45108 and the underside of the arm has 40575. Under the arm at the connection point to the plate the number starts out 313 and I can't see the rest. The dimension from the center to the end is 7 3/8.

Please confirm if the 216 and 217 are the correct parts.

I agree, our 39-216 and 39-217 look like good options. As long as the dimensions all match up you should be good to go.
