These are Eagle casement window units on a home I built 20 years ago in Santa Barbara and the tracks and guilds have gone bad.

The operators seem to be fine so I think I just need tracks and rails etc that mount to the window frame and the window unit itself.

The track that mounts to the window frame is 10" long.

I would like to order 4 lefts and 4 rights so I have a couple extra for future repairs.

Can you help me with this please?

Thank you for reaching out to us, Bob. We can certainly help. It sounds like you need a new hinge so my recommendation is the 36-048. This has a 10" base but look over the dimensions and compare them with yours to see how they match up with your old hardware. Note, you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
