Your photos are showing me the hinge. Is that all you needed? If so, see our 36-048 and see if this would match up to your original. If not, let me know how yours differs in terms of size and I can see if we have something better.

This what I need the hinges and other parts are good need operator to open and close window the handle and gear mechanism are shot

Thank you. If you just need the operator, then only seeing the base is not enough. In order to help, I'll need you to remove it from the window in its entirety and show me the whole thing without obstruction. Let me know if that will be possible.

Thank you. Please see our 39-140 to start out. This may be what you want, but note that the "elbow to elbow" measurement is 16", as shown in the diagram below.
