Truth series 22 pivot shoe operator

Question

I need to replace this operator that I believe is a Truth series 22 pivot shoe operator. It has the numbers 2135397 stamped on the inside of the body. Can you help with sourcing a few of these please?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The operator shown here reminds me of the 39-312. The pivot shoes on your old assembly look a bit different than ours though. I'm not sure if they're actually different or if it's just the trick of the angle. I recommend you look over the style of our shoes and the specifications of the 39-312 to confirm they match up with your old hardware.
