Truth single arm used by Wenco in about 1992 in Cleveland area.

A home owner from Orange Village, 44022 says:
Picture shows two single arm operators. Shape is the same, but numbers punched on them is different. The shaft of one of them has come out.
On one of them it is marked 30842R.

Both operators appear to be an older version of our 39-382. I wouldn't worry about what numbers are printed on them, honestly. Those could mean a million different things and they're rarely that important. 

What's more important is size and design. As long as the dimensions we show on the 39-382 store page matches the measurements of your original parts then I feel confident it will work as a replacement.
