Truth sliding door rollers

Question

Hi, I ordered (elsewhere)new rollers with part number 31761A, and the ones I received are too short to function. Would you be able to identify and supply the correct ones?

The two parts you're showing me appear to be the same roller. The only difference I can see is that the wheels are out further on the older one, which is probably because the wheels are adjusted to be that way. If you turn that screw you see in the center of the housing, it will move your wheels in and out the same way.
