Truth split arm operator

Question

i was wondering if you could help me identify this part. It's very hard to see, but it is made by Truth and has an arm length of 5". It does not have a stabilizing tab.

Thanks for posting! Check out our 39-187 operator, this appears to match what you show. You would need to install it with #8-32 x 3/4" stainless steel pan head phillips screws.
