Truth system 10.14 and how to remove them

A home owner from Linville NC says:
I have five handles broken as shown in the picture. The brand is TRUTH and I assume is model 10.14 because is about 13'
I can't measure exactly because it goes inside the window when closed, but it is close13 and it is not 20 as the nex model. I understand by the, other posts that the handle alone can not be replaced. So I am willlignnto buy the complete system but I don't know how to remove them, as in your video it shows removing the cover top wood, but if you look in my windows that is not possible as the vertical frame goes above the horizontal see picture of corner. So I could not just remove that wood, is there any way to remove these?

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure what you have to do. The window manufacturer should have designed the window trim to make it removable. Otherwise, there is no other way to take the operator off. You may want to contact the original manufacturer, or a local professional to come out and look at it.
