Truth vs. Pella casement window cranks

Can the Truth window cranks 39-375 and 39-376 be used as a replacement or substitute window crank for the Pella 39-403 and 39-404?

Unfortunately, they cannot. Truth and Pella hardware are not interchangeable in any way. Pella specifically designs their hardware so that you can only use their parts and their parts alone. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
