Thanks for writing in! We may not carry an exact match for your existing casement window hinge, however, we do carry a few that should work well as a suitable replacement. Start with taking a look at our 36-048 . Carefully review and compare the measurements to determine if this could possibly be the replacement you need.

These can be used for both the left and right side of the window. You'll need to be sure to change both the top and bottom hinges to ensure your window continues to function smoothly.

Also, keep in mind, you may need to drill new installations holes. With that said, you'll need to exercise caution when drilling to holes so that you do not damage the frame and/or crack the glass pane.
