Truth window

Question

I broke the two plastic parts that connect the arm to the window. It's an awning style truth window. Can I just get the broken plastic bits or do I need to purchase the whole assembly? Since I broke them trying to detach them from the metal arm I'm wondering if they can be reattached easily. Thanks!

Thank you for contacting us. From what I can see, the 39-312 awning operator comes to mind. I'm afraid we don't sell the clip assemblies separately. I can't be 100% this matches your old operator based on these photos so you'll want to compare the specifications with yours to confirm.
