Not sure if this is the right part number and I was hoping you could check? 39316? Gear is stripped out handle and clip are ok. There also is a number on the one arm 30905.

It appears that your operator arm has an offset which would be a better match for the 39-171 and 39-172 operators. Please compare the overall dimensions below to confirm a good fit! Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
