Truth window crank

Home Owner from Oakland Charter Township in Michigan

Hello, the window cranks out but not in. Are you able to help me identify the part's replacement by any chance? Thank you so much.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-031 and 39-032 operators. Compare the overall dimensions and orientation to confirm a good fit! Also see the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle if needed. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Thank you, Lauren! That was a super helpful start to my search. The large arm of 39-031 is indeed what I have, but the rest vary slightly. Could it still work?

No problem!

You have an older style Entryguard operator. The 39-031 is a newer version of yours. I see that the long arm is at 10-3/4". As for the short link arm yours appears to be 3/16" shorter at 4-1/4". I don't think that would be an issue. There is some "travel" in the linkage that should make up the difference. As for the hole locations in the base, the 39-031 is slightly different, but they are not off by much. There is also an extra hole in the base to secure the operator to the window sill. Take a look at the suggested hardware along with the related videos.

If there is any uncertainty, please see our return policy here. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
