I have a defective window crank and would like to order a replacement.  The window hinge is on the left and opens out.

Take a look at the 39-221B. This operator looks like it could be a match for yours. Review the specifications and see if they align with your old assembly. Note that the 39-375 cover is sold separately. Thanks for posting!
