Truth window crank bolt

Question

It appears the bolt is stripped and which allows the window to close.  We are trying to avoid taking the entire window apart and just replacing the part.

It appears that the operator spline has stripped out. Unfortunately this part cannot be replaced separately. The full crank operator will need to be replaced. To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can view a clear image of the base and operator arm(s). With the window unlocked, you should be able to gently push the sash open to expose the arm(s).

From there we can determine the right fit for your window. Thank you!
