The hinge pin has rusted away. Pictures show what I need. If I take the track of window sill, will I be able to replace just the pin?

Unfortunately the hinge pin is not available separately. The full hinge will need to be replaced. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
