Truth window isn't closing

You might need to have the window removed and reinstalled correctly. However, before you go through the expense of reinstalling the window try a few things first. The first thing I suggest is to remove the operator and try opening and closing the window manually by hand to see if the issue is with the operator.

Another idea is on some hinges the attachment stud can be turned using a small wrench. By turning the attachment stud on the hinge it can shift the window slightly. Lastly, try to relocate the hinges in the window by moving the hinge location to help square up the window to help it close properly.
