I have a Truth window lever. The plastic locking mechanism is broken. Can it be purchased separately?

I am afraid you will need to replace the entire operator. I have designed a list for you on the upper right hand side of this page. This list contains some possible replacements I would like for you take a look. Get back to us and let us know if any of these could make a good replacement for you.
