Truth window operator

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like the gears in the operator are stripped. I am almost certain we can supply you with the replacement operators you need. Although, I'll need to see a photo of them to recommend the right replacement. The truth hardware part numbers you provided have been associated with a few different Truth operators we carry.

To narrow down the possible replacements, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. I am looking to see a photo of the body with the cover removed, if possible. I'll also need to see a photo of the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.
