Truth window operator replacement

Question

I'm in need of replacement parts for this window operator. This is the Truth 40352 part.
I tried the Trith Hardware Dyad operator 39-172 and 39-171, but the arms are too long on those and the window would not close. Is there something you have that is closer to the measurements I need?

Hello,

The 39-172 looks like our best match. I'm afraid we haven't been able to find anything with a shorter link arm. You may need to swap the link arms. You can do this by drilling the arm rivets, then installing the old arm on the new operator with our 62-014B rivet. Take a look and see what you think.
