My window will not close all the way. The crank will rotate and not close all the way. I have not been able to locate or identify the parts.

I also need to know if I need to purchase a separate crank operator cover when I order part 39-253 RB?

The 39-253RB does not come with a built-in cover. For this operator we recommend either our 39-376 or 39-451 Cover and Handle Kit. Either will work; it just depends on the style you prefer.
