Trying to ID Channel Balance

Question

Hello - I am trying to find the channel balance for this window. It is 1/2 think. It has stamped on the Metal 21 3 BSI MF. I have another balance just like this but it is stamped on the metal 27 5 BSI MF. There is a sticker on the top inside the frame that is in Gold and has AAMA Series 820 H-LC35. I am not sure if that matters or not. I do appreciate help. Thank you, Brian

Thanks for posting! Your window balances can be replaced with either the Series 380 or the Series 385 Channel Balance. You'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe to determine the correct series for your replacements.

I believe you can use the 2130 stamp (supports 12 to 15lbs) and the 2750 stamp (supports 26 to 30lbs) but you'll need to double check the sash weights to confirm that these are correct.
