As for the top tilt latch, the one you are showing us has been discontinued and there are no known replacements. We suggest removing the old tilt latch, reinstall the top side corner screw to keep the sash together, and install the top mounted tilt latches. See both our 26-193 and 26-194 latches for consideration. These can be screwed in with a #6 pan head screw like the 33-089. You just want to be extra careful not to drill too far down into the glass.
