Trying to Identify Parts that Hold the Window Up

A landlord from Allentown says:
I have a faulty window that has a broken parts that help to hold up the window when pushed up. The part on the right (the rectangular one) has the number 200-794, while I couldn't find any markings on the left. Unfortunately at the time I can't get pictures of these pieces when installed. Thank you for your help.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Welcome to SWISCO. Let's begin with your pivot shoe replacement and go on from there. See if the measurements of our 15-045 pivot shoe matches up with yours. If not, get back to us with the measurements you are looking for and we will continue to find a match. As for the top tilt latch, the one you are showing us has been discontinued and there are no known replacements. We suggest removing the old tilt latch, reinstall the top side corner screw to keep the sash together, and install the top mounted tilt latches. See both our 26-193 and 26-194 latches for consideration. These can be screwed in with a #6 pan head screw like the 33-089. You just want to be extra careful not to drill too far down into the glass.
