Trying to Locate Drawer Under Mount Brackets

Question

I am replacing a kitchen drawer and brackets; They are under mounts with the the slide connected to the drawer measuring 21/3/4" and the slide connected to the cabinet measuring 23", with this mounted in a hanging plastic bracket (pics attached)
Looking for options or exact replacement with little re-work as possible.

Take a look at our 32-061 21-5/8" or 32-062 23-5/8" Self-Closing Slide Pairs, as well as our 32-025. Look over these parts over and see if you think they could work for your drawer application.
