Trying to Locate Replacement Window Operator

A home owner from Port Charlotte, FL says:
Body is very similar to a Barton Kramer model #780. inside of crank handle is PAT NO C-11500-11. Inside body is D-198202U. Below that is RD 1963 CAN. Also a large square with numbers 92 and lines radiating out to corners of square from numbers. Unit was used to operate louvered tropical windows. Attached photos show dimensions of screw holes (in inches) and distance between pivot points on link. No ID marks on outside of body

Hello there. The operator that we carry closest to yours appears to be the 39-012. It has the 1-1/8" hole locations at the bottom of the housing. The link arm is close to the length you need and it has the plain 3/8" hole at the end. However, the link arm is not "offset" like yours. This may not affect function, but I can't guarantee it for sure. Take a look to see what you think.
