Trying to Locate a Spiral Window Balance

Question

I am trying to locate a spiral window balance. The balance I have in my hand looks exactly like your S900 series (S900-29). Mine is 3/8" diameter and measures 29" in length. The only problem is mine has a black tip on it. Please see pic.

Can you help me?

Can you confirm the diameter of the tube is 3/8"? Make sure to only measure the diameter of the outer white tube, not the inside spring.
