Trying to Repair Windows

I am having a hard time finding replacement parts. Please help if you can.

Picture 1: Balance tilt--2 sizes. Size 1 is 17 inches/4 oz. Size 2 is 24 inches/5.9 oz.

Picture 2: The diameter of both tilts

Picture 3: Lock shoe and I don't know the name.

Please see our Series 600 spiral balances and 15-178 pivot shoe. I'm afraid I don't recognize the tilt bar. Can you give me its dimensions?
