Trying to determine part to order

I believe this is a S385 series balance. The metal frame measures 27 inches long not including the nylon inserts. I am not sure what option to order and I can't find any other markings. The window weighs approximately 27 pounds.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our Series 385 has a winged bottom fitting but it appears that your old balance doesn't. Can you show us more photos of the bottom fitting as well as the top fitting? We'd like to confirm so that we get you the right hardware for your repair.
With a 27 5 stamp, the balance's metal channel should be 28" long, not 27". Can you double-check this for us, just to be safe?

You are correct the metal channel is 28" long. Both the top and bottom have winged fittings. One of the reasons I am replacing these is that one of the wings has broken off the old balance.

Thanks for getting back to us! Based on what I see here, the Series 380 or Series 385 are what you want. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. I also recommend the 2750 stamp option.
