Your website doesn't allow me to download a picture. I'm looking for a top sash guide for a pacific window product

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Sometimes our website has trouble processing photos of very high quality. Photos taken from digital cameras often have too high a resolution. Could you save the photos at a lower resolution? You should then be able to upload them. Also keep in mind that mugshot photos of the top sash guide, from the front and side, are usually the best way of identifying them. Thanks!
