Trying to find a replacement

Hello, I am trying to find the replacement part/parts that match the parts in the pictures. I have several that seem to have snapped the plastic piece at the bottom, which holds the oval metal pivot piece in place. The springs are stamped 405 and 406. Please let me know if you need any more information. Thank you

If you have Certainteed windows, we offer the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.
