Trying to find a replacement Patio door Lock body

Hello
I am trying to Identify a part of my patio door. The attached Photos are of the Lock body where the top Lock of the double lock is frozen and wont open. There are no Identifiers on the Lock body or the Handle or patio door. I cant lock my door now.
