Trying to find an older lock for a big casement window

A contractor from Portage, MI says:
I know you probably prefer this removed but I'm a little hesitant about removing it before I know I can replace it. Can you tell the style by these pictures? Could be Andersen but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! First of all, cute dog. Is that a westie?

Second of all, the part you need appears to be the operator, which is the part that does the physical opening and closing of the window. Curiously, yours is the same style as a common awning window operator type that we carry; see our 39-037, 39-069, and 39-070

Yours is installed sideways on a casement window, which is a little odd. I'm not sure if that was intentional or an on-site alteration. Either way, I think one of these three parts may be just what you were looking for. Look over each one and let me know what you think, or if you had any questions.
