Has Pat 1967 Can also with a B on one side. On inside of hinge is a 6 or 9.

Hello!

I'm afraid we don't have a hinge with this kind of offset. Our 32-126 is similar but this is flat. Another thought would be our 32-127 but it looks like the offset for this is too big. I can't guarantee it will work but look this over and see what you think.
