Trying to find parts

Hi Swisco team ?
I am trying to find some replacement parts. Thank you so much you your help!
The first part is the corner triangular looking bracket. On the first 2 pictures you can see on one it's missing and the next one it's there.
The second part is the lock and handles for the lock. All of the handles are coming off and I don't know if I need to replace the whole lock or just part of it.

Hello, thank you for posting,

I cannot guarantee without seeing the operator base, but I believe your window uses the 39-341 and 39-342 operators. If so, please review the compatible 39-577 and 39-578 sash brackets. Compare the overall dimensions and orientation to confirm a good fit!

Unfortunately the locking mechanism has been discontinued and we can no longer provide a suitable replacement or alternative for this style. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
