Yes, this photo is clear enough. This mortise lock reminds me of the 82-227. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need but be sure to double check the dimensions.

Are you looking to replace the handle set also?

Yes, handle set also. There are 2 opposing doors. I will need 2 sets. The measurements are correct.

Thanks for confirming. I'll need to see clearer photos of both handle sets. Please also confirm the distance between the installation hole, from hole center to hole center.

An all white handle would be fine. Is the lever that locks the door included or do I need to order that separately?

Thanks for the additional photos. Your handles can be replaced with the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. The keyed version of this set is the 82-030A, which has a centered key lock.
