Trying to find replacement part

Hi, I have single hung tilt out window with the latch on the bottom that locks/releases the window to operate. What is the name of the part?

I'm afraid I don't know what it is you need. Based on your description it could be any number of different parts. Before I recommend anything, can you please show me a clear picture of what you're looking for?

Thank you. This is one of those old style clamp latches. We do sell a small handful of these still, but they're not as popular as they once were and most older styles are no longer available to us. There is a good chance we won't have an exact replacement for you.
That said, the design of your original is very close to our 90-182. While I can't guarantee that it will work I do think it's worth considering. Review its specs and see what you think!
